Do I have to good through probate?

I am the executor of my aunt and uncle. my uncle just passed away. My aunt is 81 and in poor health. I have a copy of the will and I am the executor as well as named one of eight beneficaries. Most of the others don't want to be involved. what should I do when my aunt passes?
