Florida probate estate attorney help?

My Mother just passed and made me executor of her will. Not a lot involved really, she was quite poor, but am I responsible for her overextended mortgage and racked up credit cards? Also, she got married to a guy 5 months before she died, and he is getting her 401k and retirment fund, is that right? can me and my sister, after 25 years of caring for my mom, lose those benefits just because this guy comes in and gets her to marry him? Should he be taking care of all her stuff or me? more questions to follow, please help.
