I have suffered damages due to the notary notarizing the will outside of the presence of the testator - becaus?

IF you have a case against ANYONE, it is the law firms that RIPPED YOU OFF charging $70,000 for a case they SHOULD have laughed you out of the office for. It makes ZERO difference if your daughter was present when the Notary attested to her signature. The only requirement is that she personally appeared before the Notary to state she actually signed the will. Even WITHOUT a Notary, you would have had to hire the attorneys to contest any will presented. Therefore, you have NO loss related to whatever the Notary did.
