What happens when someone does not comply with a court order?

My sister was ordered to turn over documentation concerning my mothers estate but has failed to do so. She was the previous PR and I have now been assisgned by probate court, because of her lack of follow through. There is a possibilty that she misspent funds. Which is why we need bank records and life insurance papers.
