My trust expires in 15 years can i get monies?

I am a recipient of a trust which pays divedends quarterly my interest in the trust is worth 250,000.00 can i borrow against in these times of need , this trust probates in 15 years I am a 1/4 receipent, the entire trust is worth over a million dollars through mellon bank wells fargo
