Probate distribution florida?

my uncle is one of five brothers listed on a will. one uncle is in charge of the property of that will and the distribution of everything. one property has taxes that are pass due about 2 years. i told him i would pay the taxes and for probate if i get the property because the rest of the brothers are junkies and no good. thay are even scrapping every piece of metal on the property to pay for beer. they lose the property next year if the taxes are not payed and i want it to stay in my family. my question is can the brothers contest that and end me with paying for all of this and not getting anything. i just want to make sure that in the end i get the property because my uncle wants me to have it and the other brothers cannot mess that up. thank you in advance for you answers.
