Where can I find a form online for a last will and testament?

My wife and I have kids and no will yet. I would like something in place rather than nothing. Where is the best form or template to create our own will to download, until we seek a lawyer? If I have to pay a few bucks for it I can. My biggest concern is to make sure our kids don't go through probate court.
